Installer (I think his name was Armando, sorry I’m bad at remembering names) was awesome, he was very patient and explained every step of the process (and answering all my questions) while also taking into consideration on how I wanted things done. Speeds have been fine for me and the prices are way better than comcast (no extra charges for unlimited data and you don’t have to play the bs contract renewal game every year to get a lower price). They have amazing customer service as well and answered a bunch of my emails before the install.

How do I know which Twist plan is right for me?

The right plan typically depends on three factors:

  2. The number of devices connected simultaneously
  3. The type of data application, where streaming video — especially in 4K — uses much more data than checking social media.

What equipment is included?

Every Twist plan comes with an eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi system, which provides fast, reliable whole home Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home. Twist’s price of service for whole home coverage includes up to two eeros. Need more coverage? No problem — customers in a larger home can add an additional eero for just a few dollars more. You don’t need to rent a separate modem or router.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time with no penalties or extra fees. Just contact our support team to make the change.

How long does installation take?

Twist provides professional installation to ensure we provide every customer with great internet and Whole-Home Wi-Fi that reaches every corner of their home. Installations can be scheduled within a few days of order and only take several hours to complete.
